The cats, Ink and Jet, have got up to their fair share of mischief in the five years I have had them. Ink got herself tangled in a kite when she was only a few weeks old and panicked when I tried to rescue her. She ran away and I had to run around the neighbourhood calling for her! She's been a twitchy character ever since. Jet ran away too - but not because she was frightened. She had found a family who fed her nicer food than we did! But it was Kenna the Gorgeous Pooch that started me writing these animal books. Never have I come across an animal who can be so naughty and yet so lovable at the same time. Kenna is the reason I wrote PUPPY LOVE, and once I started writing, I found I couldn't stop - she just kept on giving me loop-the-loop crazy ideas!

I was sad when I finished PUPPY POWER: I didn't want Honey and Summer's adventures to end. So, guess what, I'm writing a FOURTH book right now called PUPPY PARTY! Watch this space . . .
